Yes, it's blue. Julia did a ragging technique with two shades of blue that turned out well
but took darn near forever. It's a good thing we like it!

Technically, this room is still in process, but it's one of the more finished rooms
in the house. Eventually we will buy real dining room chairs and replace the chandelier,
and hopefully figure out something to fill that big, blank wall. But for now, it works!
